About The Project
The owner of 152 acres of land in Leesburg, VA, an entrepreneur, came to TriState Barn Builders with the vision of transforming the property into a grand, multifaceted event space. Over the course of three years we helped turn his vision into reality, creating beautiful structures fit for hosting an endless range of events. These structures include a former equine arena we renovated into a fully customizable event space with a stunning new timber frame breezeway, expansive and versatile stables, a bank barn featuring new siding, hardwood flooring and custom doors, an inviting guest house, and a fully remodeled equipment shed. We also incorporated impressive custom woodwork throughout all interiors.
